Data we collect

If you submit a contact form or join our mailing list, we collect the information you provide (such as name and email). We use this only to respond to your inquiry or send ExaPlex updates.

Automatic data

Our web host (Firebase) automatically collects basic log data (such as IP addresses and browser type) to ensure the site stays secure and functional. We do not access or analyze this data.

Cookies

We use one cookie (exaPlexPremium) to remember your license code. It expires after one year. You can delete it anytime by clearing your browser cookies.

We retain information submitted via Google Forms only as long as necessary to address your inquiry or fulfill your request.

ExaPlex products are intended for users aged 14 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use our contact forms without parental consent.

If you're in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete any personal data we hold. Since we don't store personal data beyond what's in Google Forms, contact us and we'll help.
